This scientific study focuses on the life experience of student youth, overcoming difficulties, and adapting to extraordinary circumstances during the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war. To overcome difficult life situations, young people use various resources available to them. First of all, it is social support from family and friends. Hobbies, favorite activities, including sports, meditation, and spiritual practices also help young people cope with stressful circumstances. Positive beliefs such as faith in victory, in the future, justice, the independence of the country, as well as the desire to follow one's goals in life, the desire to do something, are a psychological resource in extraordinary circumstances.
