The monograph “Ukrainian society under war conditions. The year 2024” is available in open access

This collective monograph by the staff of the Institute of Sociology of the NAS of Ukraine continues the annual account of Ukrainian society under conditions of large-scale war, addressing such themes as Ukrainians' public opinion, the theoretical aspects of the sociology of war, lines of division and regimes of inequality, social resources and institutions, and studying particular categories of the population.

A distinctive feature of this monograph is that it rests on reliable empirical data from the sociological monitoring survey “Ukrainian Society”, which in 2024 it proved possible to collect in a far broader format than in the first two years of the war. The corresponding tables with the distributions of the findings are given in the appendices to the book.
