The volume contains the papers of the participants of the Second Sociological Readings "Ukrainian society in conditions of polycrisis", dedicated to the memory of Valerii Mykhailovych Vorona — Academician of the NAS of Ukraine, Honoured Worker of Science and Technology, and Director of the Institute of Sociology from 1992 to 2021. The readings took place at the Institute of Sociology of the NAS of Ukraine on 5 March 2025. In the course of the discussion the scholars shared their theoretical and empirical research into the state of contemporary global and Ukrainian society, proposed their own approaches to and methods of studying the pressing problems of the present day, and discussed the various social, political and economic consequences of the military action in Ukraine.
