• Head of the department of social expertise of the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (2015 – to the present).
• Senior research fellow of the department of social expertise of the Institute of Sociology of the NAS of Ukraine (2008 – 2015).
• Leading research fellow of the department of social expertise of the Institute of Sociology of the NAS of Ukraine (1993 –2008).

Research interests: social expertise, economic sociology, the labour market and employment, social capital, the sociology of health, social policy and social protection.
